Michael Fucci joined Flotek’s Board of Directors in November 2020.

Fucci is an experienced board leader and executive with 40 years of experience as a practitioner and principal at Deloitte, including four years as the Chairman of the Board of the Deloitte US Firms. Mike has provided governance and operational leadership on priority matters such as strategy, leadership succession, risk mitigation, talent development, as well as executive performance and compensation. He has also led client engagements and is a thought leader within the HR consulting market—particularly in the areas of talent strategies, succession management, and HR transformation—as well as in healthcare merger integration.

Mike has been a member of the Deloitte US Board of Directors since 2013, during which time he led the risk and regulatory committee and served on the committee that evaluates performance and recommends compensation for elected leaders. In 2015, Mike joined the Deloitte Global Board of Directors, where he served on the global governance committee and the compensation and evaluation committee.

During his consulting career, Mike specialized in health care merger integration and HR transformation, and was named to Consulting Magazine’s distinguished “Top 25 Consultants” list for his work with clients and leadership excellence.

Mike led a transformation of Deloitte Consulting’s US Human Capital practice, which grew from under $25 million in revenue to more than $1 billion in eight years. He also served as the Chief Operating Officer for Deloitte Consulting LLP.

Mike promotes the benefits of leader-led sponsorship and diversity on boards. He serves as a sponsoring executive for the US 30% Club and participates as a mentor in their cross-industry mentoring program for high talent women seeking corporate board positions. He has written and spoken extensively on these topics including features in Fortune, Huffington Post, NACD, CNBC, and at numerous universities and conferences.

Mike attended Montclair State University in New Jersey, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics. He is a member of the National Association of Corporate Board Directors (NACD), and an executive board member on the Council for Competitiveness. He supports the New Jersey Performing Arts Center by serving on the board of directors and as a member of the Human Resources committee. Mike resides in Far Hills, NJ, is married, and the father of three.
