THE POWER TO PROTECT™

Smart Filter Skid (SFS)

The Smart Filter Skid is our newest and most advanced conditioning solution. With a compact footprint and true plug-and-play design, it can be quickly configured to meet each customer’s unique requirements, including direct engine control integration.

Using JP3’s real-time laser measurement, the SFS continuously monitors gas composition, BTU, and methane number while instantly detecting liquid slugs or high-BTU events. It also supports automated blending of field gas with CNG, turning variable fuel supplies into a stable, cost-effective stream. Optional pressure control and flow management further ensure consistent fuel conditions.

By actively managing fuel quality and engine performance, the SFS helps protect against overheating, reduces unnecessary derates, and lowers emissions. Integrated safety systems, including ESD, provide an added layer of protection, while full visibility through the Viper platform gives operators real-time insight and control.

The result: engines run cleaner and more efficiently, last longer, and deliver meaningful fuel cost savings with minimal setup time.

Gas Optimization Module (GOM)

The Gas Optimization Module is a high-capacity conditioning system built for larger-scale or more demanding fuel requirements. It delivers clean, dry, and precisely controlled gas ready for compression or engine use. High-efficiency separation removes liquids and particulates, while enhanced heating capabilities prevent condensation and maintain optimal gas quality even at high flow rates.

Integrated blending functionality allows precise mixing to meet target fuel specifications, and a staged pressure reduction system with full redundancy ensures consistent delivery. Comprehensive safety systems—including fast-acting ESD, thermal relief, and leak-by protection—combined with continuous metering provide reliable protection and real-time visibility through the Viper platform.

Trailer-mounted for quick mobilization, the GOM acts as a larger-scale complement to the Smart Filter Skid, making it ideal for richer gases or high-volume applications that require stronger conditioning and heating performance.

The NGD Trailer by Flotek PowerTek, a robust mobile unit equipped with advanced oilfield technology, designed for efficient on-site chemical delivery and operations in the energy industry.

Natural Gas Distribution Trailer

The Natural Gas Distribution Trailer keeps power generation running without interruption. It receives treated gas and delivers it independently to each generator through dedicated, controlled lines so one unit can be taken offline for maintenance without affecting the rest of the fleet.

With 22 retractable reels, integrated flow measurement, and remote monitoring via PLC/SCADA, operators maintain precise control from anywhere. Built-in safety features, including remote and onboard ESD, plus solar-charged backup power, ensure reliable performance even in demanding field conditions.

ESD Trailer

Our legacy ESD Trailer is a proven solution optimized for oilfield services. It gives operators real-time visibility, conditioning, and control over feedstock as conditions change from day to day and site to site. Built-in H2S monitoring combined with automatic gas shutoff capability protects downstream equipment from damage or catastrophic failure.

With a wide operating pressure range and integrated connections for automatic CNG backup, the ESD Trailer delivers reliable safety and operational flexibility in demanding oilfield environments.
