Lisa Mayr joined the Flotek Board of Directors in June 2021. She serves on the audit and corporate governance and nominating committees. Mayr brings more than 25 years of financial and accounting experience to the Board. She is currently the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Marigold, a global marketing technology company. Prior to joining Marigold, Mayr served as CFO of multiple software and technology companies, including INAP, MicroStrategy Incorporated (NASDAQ: MSTR), Blackboard and EverFi. She has also held financial leadership roles at both public and private companies such as LivingSocial, GeoEye and Sunrise Senior Living. Early in her career, she served at Ernst & Young LLP in the transaction and advisory services practice.
Mayr has an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics and International Relations from American University. She is also a licensed CPA. Mayr sits on the advisory board of STEM for Her, a non-profit focused on encouraging girls to pursue careers in STEM as well as the Georgetown University MBA Advisory Council.
