The individual defendants are former high-level employees of Flotek that voluntarily left the Company in April 2019 and currently work at or are affiliated with Guide Energy, which has a principal place of business located in Prague, Oklahoma.

The new, state-of-the art distillation tower helps to solidify Flotek’s position as one of the largest creators of citrus oil fractions, isolates and derivatives in the world – and allowing diversification of the company’s citrus processing capability to include lemon and lime cultivars.
