Mr. Chisholm was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2012 and has served as Flotek’s President since August 2010, and previously served as Flotek’s Interim President from August 2009 thru August 2010.
Steve Reeves
Executive Vice President, Operations
Mr. Reeves currently serves as Executive Vice President, Operations and has previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, President of Flotek’s Downhole Tool Division, and Vice President of Flotek’s Turbeco Division.
Kevin Fisher
Executive Vice President, Global Business Development
Mr. Fisher currently serves as Executive Vice President, Global Business Development. Prior to joining Flotek, Mr. Fisher served as the General Manager of Halliburton's Pinnacle division, a premier oilfield completion and consulting business.
Glenn Neslony
Vice President and Treasurer
Mr. Neslony currently serves as Vice President and Treasurer and has previously held the position of Director of Financial Reporting. Mr. Neslony has been with Flotek since June 2005.
Todd Sanner
President of the Chemical and Logistics segment of Flotek
Mr. Sanner currently serves as the President of the Chemical & Logistics segment of Flotek and has held the positions of V.P. of Operations, V.P. of R&D and Sr. V.P. CESI Chemical. From 1984 until 1991 he was employed by Plainsman Technology holding the positions of Chemist, Technical Manager, Manager of R&D and Vice Chairman of the Board.
Glenn Penny, Ph.D.
Director of Technology
Mr. Penny currently serves as Director of Technology in The Woodlands Research center. Mr. Penny obtained a BS in Chemistry from Trinity University in 1972 and a PhD from the University of Houston in 1979.
Keith Dismuke, Ph.D.
Vice-President of Chemical Technology
Mr. Dismuke currently serves as VP of Chemical Technology. He began his career in research and development after earning a Ph.D. in Physical Chemistry from University of Florida.
Richard Fox
VP Sales and Marketing of CESI Chemical
Mr. Fox currently serves as V. P. of Sales and Marketing for Flotek’s CESI Chemical Division. Mr. Fox joined Flotek in 2006 as the Executive Account Manager for CESI Chemical. Prior to joining Flotek Mr. Fox served as Account Manager, District Manager and Sales Manager for Nalco Chemical’s Oilfield Services Group.
Randy Merritt
President, Flotek’s Downhole Tool Group
Mr. Merritt currently serves as President, Flotek’s Downhole Tool Group. Mr. Merritt has over twenty years of oil and gas industry experience serving in a variety of positions including Sales, Supply Chain Management, and Planning and Strategy.
Beth Thibodeaux
Sr. Vice President-Operations Downhole Tool Group
Ms.Thibodeaux currently serves as Sr. Vice President - Operations for Flotek's Downhole Tool Group. With over 28 years of Rental Tool experience she has served in sales and management positions with National Oilwell Varco, Gammaloy and Bob Croom, Inc.
